the reception staff were quite helpful. stratford station and westfield mall were both under a 10-minute walk. the room, although compact, was clean and very comfortable.
the lack of tea bags in the room was slightly disappointing, but it didn't significantly impact my stay.

The staff was friendly and efficient, and they helped me with my luggage. my room included a kitchenette with a microwave and a small refrigerator (very useful for storing snacks). i appreciated the modern design of the studio pad plus accessible room. It felt both stylish and functional.
the television was quite small and difficult to operate. the lack of clear instructions made it frustrating to connect to streaming services. the bathroom door had a small gap, and this provided minimal privacy.

The staff were warm and cute with a quick check-in. the location on the broadway was perfect. It had everything nearby. the room i stayed in was a premium studio pad. It was modern with adequate kitchen utensils and a beautiful glass bathroom. i was charmed by the spacious walk-in shower.
i found the place quite small though the bed was a bit weird as there was a gap between the mattress and headboard.
